About Us

A South Indian foundation, built by volunteers.

Four programs. One shared purpose.

SmartSoC Hope Foundation started in 2021, run largely by people who wanted their weekends to count for something. Since then more than 500 volunteers have reached over 20,000 lives across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

Our work runs through four programs. Project Vidya keeps children in school with fees, notebooks and life-skills sessions. Project Apathbandhav runs blood donation camps from our Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Hubli offices. Project Raksha funds treatment for critically ill patients and takes free health camps into rural villages. Project Spoorthy covers everything else a community needs — orphanage visits, festival celebrations, library restorations and green drives.

We try to work in the open. Every cause we publish carries the real figure taken from a fee receipt or a hospital estimate, and money goes straight to the school or the hospital rather than through the family. Where a need is bigger than we can meet alone, we say so and bring in partners.

How it works

Where your money actually goes

01

Someone reaches out

A teacher, a hospital or a neighbour tells us about a family that has run out of options.

02

We visit and verify

A volunteer meets the family, collects the fee receipts or medical bills, and confirms the exact amount needed.

03

The cause goes live

We publish the story with the real figure. Nothing is rounded up and nothing is padded.

04

You give, we deliver

Funds go straight to the school or hospital. You get an 80G receipt and an update on what changed.

The people behind it

Who is actually doing the work

No call centres, no middlemen. A small team of volunteers meets every family, verifies every document and follows each case to the end.
