P. Yaswith, a determined 9th-grade student, faced major challenges after her father left the family. Her mother, who works tirelessly at a local juice shop, struggled to manage daily expenses and the school fees. Despite these difficulties, Yaswith excelled academically, achieving a commendable 78% in 8th grade.
When the ₹17,360 fees for her 9th grade became a significant burden, SmartSoC Hope Foundation’s Project Vidya stepped in with essential support. Their assistance eased the financial pressure on Yaswith’s family, allowing her to concentrate on her studies.
With this crucial help, Yaswith continues to excel in her education, showcasing how targeted community support can make a meaningful difference and help students rise above their circumstances.
